Payment is due after you approve your preview — not before. We build your site first. You review it. You only pay when you're ready to go live.
Once payment is received and your site has been published to your domain, that payment is final and non-refundable. At that point, the work is done and delivered.
If you request changes before paying, we make them. If you decide not to move forward after seeing your preview, you owe nothing. No fees, no invoices, no hard feelings.
The Website + Hosting Bundle includes 12 months of hosting in the upfront price. After year one, hosting renews at $20/month. That price is flat — it does not increase.
Hosting is billed monthly. If you choose to cancel:
If hosting payment lapses without notice, your site may go offline. We'll attempt to reach you before that happens. You can reinstate hosting at any time by resuming payment.
Once you pay for your website, you own it. Full stop.
That includes all HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and copy we created specifically for your business. If you ever cancel hosting or move to a different provider, we hand over every file.
We retain no claim to your site, your domain, or your content after payment is made. The only thing we ask to keep in place — unless you request otherwise — is the footer credit link described in Section 04.
Every site we build includes a small "Website built by BSS" link in the footer. That link contains a unique tracking code tied to your business.
Here's why it's there and what it means for you:
We disclose this upfront because you have a right to know. The link benefits us by building visibility. It benefits you with passive referral income. We believe that's a fair trade — but the choice is always yours.
We are responsible for building your site as described, keeping it live on our hosting infrastructure, and responding to your requests in a reasonable timeframe.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing more.
We may update these terms from time to time. If anything material changes, we'll notify active hosting clients by email. Continued use of our hosting service after that notice counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
