Plain English first. These terms explain how we work, what you're paying for, and what each side is responsible for. No legal runaround. If something isn't clear, email us at omarrabyrd@businesssolidsolutions.com and we'll explain it directly.

Section 01

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due after you approve your preview — not before. We build your site first. You review it. You only pay when you're ready to go live.

Once payment is received and your site has been published to your domain, that payment is final and non-refundable. At that point, the work is done and delivered.

If you request changes before paying, we make them. If you decide not to move forward after seeing your preview, you owe nothing. No fees, no invoices, no hard feelings.

        Summary: No payment until you approve. No refunds after the site goes live. No risk before that point.
      

Section 02

Hosting Terms & Cancellation

The Website + Hosting Bundle includes 12 months of hosting in the upfront price. After year one, hosting renews at $20/month. That price is flat — it does not increase.

Hosting is billed monthly. If you choose to cancel:

Let us know by email at least 7 days before your next billing date.
We will send you all of your website files so you can host them anywhere you choose.
Your site will remain live until the end of the current billing period.
No cancellation fees. No penalties.

If hosting payment lapses without notice, your site may go offline. We'll attempt to reach you before that happens. You can reinstate hosting at any time by resuming payment.

You are never locked in. Cancel anytime. Your files always belong to you.

Section 03

Ownership of Files & Code

Once you pay for your website, you own it. Full stop.

That includes all HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and copy we created specifically for your business. If you ever cancel hosting or move to a different provider, we hand over every file.

We retain no claim to your site, your domain, or your content after payment is made. The only thing we ask to keep in place — unless you request otherwise — is the footer credit link described in Section 04.

Section 04

Footer Link & Referral Disclosure

Every site we build includes a small "Website built by BSS" link in the footer. That link contains a unique tracking code tied to your business.

Here's why it's there and what it means for you:

If someone clicks that link, visits our site, and becomes a paying client — you earn $100, paid via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo when we close the deal.
The link costs you nothing and requires no effort on your part.
You are not required to keep it. Request removal at any time and we'll take it out — no questions, no penalty.

We disclose this upfront because you have a right to know. The link benefits us by building visibility. It benefits you with passive referral income. We believe that's a fair trade — but the choice is always yours.

Section 05

What We're Responsible For

We are responsible for building your site as described, keeping it live on our hosting infrastructure, and responding to your requests in a reasonable timeframe.

We are not responsible for:

Search engine rankings or traffic results — we build the site, but SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Third-party services like your domain registrar, Google Business Profile, or email provider.
Content you provide that turns out to be inaccurate, outdated, or owned by someone else.
Loss of business or revenue resulting from website downtime, however caused.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing more.

Section 06

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If anything material changes, we'll notify active hosting clients by email. Continued use of our hosting service after that notice counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
